Blue Advantage Individual Plan

Step 1: Are You Eligible?
To be eligible for coverage, you must be a NC resident under 65 years of age, not be covered by another health insurance plan, not be enrolled in Medicare, not be claimed on someone else's tax return (HSA only) and qualify medically. BCBSNC defines a NC resident as someone possessing either a 1) valid NC drivers license, 2) NC voter registration, OR 3) current NC tax return.
